2. Data we process

Visiting the website

Each time you visit, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser and operating system, referring website. This data is used only to run and secure the website and is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your contact details and the content of your message solely to answer your request and, where appropriate, to prepare a quote. This data is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies, small files stored in your browser:

• Necessary cookies: they remember your chosen language and your answer to the cookie notice.
• Audience measurement cookies: Google Analytics (see section 4), set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice.

Your choice is kept for six months. You can change it at any time: change my cookie preferences. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website remains fully usable if you decline.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (USA), to understand statistically how the website is used (pages viewed, visit duration, device type). The information collected may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google is certified under the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics is only loaded after you give your consent (“Accept” button in the notice); without consent, no data is sent to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the “change my cookie preferences” link (section 3) or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Google Fonts

To display the website consistently, some fonts are loaded from Google’s servers (Google Fonts). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

6. Social networks

The website contains simple links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. No data is sent to these networks unless you click on these links. Once on these platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva).

8. Retention period

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as long as required by law (for example, accounting obligations).

9. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or deletion, object to its processing and, where the GDPR applies, request data portability or restriction of processing.
